Maroochy River Golf Club is the Sunshine Coast’s most prestige links golf course with a spectacular venue for weddings and functions.
Designed by Graham Marsh, the 18-hole par 72 layout is unique in that it is basically a links-style course, with wide fairways, few trees and lots of strategically placed bunkers. What makes it challenging is the water, which is a feature of almost every hole, and the wind. It’s a rare day that the wind does not affect play, but one important benefit is that it keeps golfers cool in even the warmest weather.
