Xperiences Head Quarters

Corporate & Group Xperiences was born out of Ray Carson's passion for adventure and the outdoors. While working in Africa for five years, he gained extensive experience in military, paramedical, and rescue skills, as well as nature protection, conservation unit, elephant capture projects, and survival training. During this time, he discovered his love for outdoor adventure training and decided to start his own adventure company.

Despite losing everything he owned in a theft at the airport, Ray was undeterred and returned to Queensland to set up Corporate & Group Xperiences in 2006. Since then, the company has focused on providing team building experiences for corporate clients, including major companies like Rio Tinto, Deloitte, KPMG, BP, ANZ, and NAB Suncorp. They also collaborate with resort chains such as ACCOR, Spicers Group, Stella, and the Mantra Group to design programs that enhance the destination for their groups.

One of Ray's greatest achievements was creating a whole new industry in Australian tourism with Segway Xperiences. In 2008, he saw the potential of Segways and began acquiring these machines for their programs. Today, Xperiences has opened "Segway Xperiences Park" in Surfers Paradise, the first of its kind in Australia. The park offers a unique way to explore the city and its surroundings.
