Upcoming Trade Events
ATEC Meeting Place: 3-4 December 2008 Meeting Place is the second largest national event held by ATEC (The Australian Tourism Export Council). The event attracts approximately 400 delevates over two days. Meeting Place will be held at the Hilton, Sydney.
South East Asia Mission (SEAM) October 2008 SEAM is a trade mission consisting of trade appointments, market updates and hosted events for a target of 70 product planners within the South East Asian Market. Operators who are currently active in this market are encouraged to apply.
New Zealand Mission (Early 2009) The Sunshine Coast New Zealand Mission is a five day in-market trade activity which aims to increase destination and product knowledge amongst the New Zealand travel trade. The mission consists of product training workshops and hosted events for product managers, wholesale, retail and corporate agents and retail sales calls in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and regional centres. Approximately 11 industry positions will be available when the prospectus is released in December 2008.
Trade Training Presentations (Brisbane) Registration forms are now available for trade presentations with Brisbane wholesalers. Due to availability operators are able to participate in one presentation per wholesaler, per year.
